August's theme is "technology." For humans, even the creation and evolution of stone tools constituted technology. Technology is not always about what is new so much as applied knowledge.

For mechanical beings, what is their relationship to technology? Do they see invention as parts of themselves or as tools to interact with the world? Is their relationship with technology something wholly different? Are there those who fear change and those who embrace it?

This is a low-stress, low-commitment prompt system.
